Design Thinking

In-depth understanding of client ‘and end-user’  needs, our designers meticulously carry out product concept brainstorming, through careful discussion and planning , KingSword is able to assist clients in designing products that meet market requirements.

Sketch Drawing

The needs and conceptual ideas discussed with the client are drawn into sketches to assess whether they have further refined value. If some parts or elements are not good enough, a new round of sketches is needed to correct and improve.

3D Drawing

Based on the drawings, specifications and characteristic requirements provided by client, our mechanical engineers use the most professional 3D drawing software to carry out detailed mechanism drawing design that is feasible when going into production.

Optical Simulation Analysis

Our optical engineers are capable of performing optical simulations and analysis of bicycle/motorcycle/automotive lighting products that are able to fulfill KMARK/SAE/ECE/CCC certification.

Rapid Prototyping 

3D printing allows our RD team and clients to make better and faster decisions when selecting a manufacturing process. Being able to test ideas quickly and discover what doesn’t work accelerates developing time, leading to an ideal solution. 3D printing allows us to make breakthroughs at early stages that are relatively inexpensive leading to better products and avoiding dead-ends.
