Lead Time
The product lead time depends on the product and the quantity ordered. It usually takes 20 to 30 business days.

Minimum Order Quantity
There is a minimum order quantity for each model, and the number varies. For FOB orders, the total dollar amount per order have to exceed USD $5,000, otherwise a documentation charge of USD $200 will apply.

Quotation
All quotations made by King Sword are written in document format. Thus, we do not provide oral quotations (i.e. over the telephone). Quotations are either in FOR NTD or FOB USD, unless otherwise specified on the quotation sheet. All quotes are valid within three months of the quotation date and are subjected to changes without notice.

Payment Method
Payment of all FOB orders, 50% of the total amount for order confirmation and 50% before shipment, are to be made by telegraphic transfer (T/T) to our specified account. Delay in payment may cause either delay or cancellation of the scheduled shipment.

Replacement Policy
In case of any defective products, replacement claims with supporting documents must be made within six months of the shipping date. King Sword will replace the defects for the same products after evaluating the claims. If the replacement quantity amount exceeds 5% of the original order quantity, King Sword reserves the right to request for the return of the defective products without any missing components.
